Client changes

The Šumavský dvůr  apartments offer high-quality materials in its STANDARD range, where the client can choose not only the colour of floor-tiles, wall-tiles and timber flooring, but also various choices of fixtures, including fireplace in selected apartments – these materials can be chosen in either modern style or traditional classic style. The more expensive DESIGN range offers a choice of even more luxurious materials and fittings, also in either modern style or classic style. You can also decide to choose the BASIC range, which is completed to the standard level required for achieving permit approval ie. without finishes, and therefore giving the client the option to complete the interiors with their own choice of materials and architectural style. The options are clearly described and priced in the table of client changes. To assist with the selection of STANDARD and DESIGN ranges we have prepared a catalogue of materials and furnishings, a selection of which can be viewed in our showroom.

In the event that the finishes on offer do not meet your requirements, you can take advantage of the Superior Client changes, which are priced according to the scale of your requirements and include not only the selection of materials and furnishings according to your taste, but also the option to re-design the apartment layout, so that you can reshape your proposed apartment according to your needs and wishes.

• shower massage, eg. ArtTec Thermo
• bathroom fittings, eg.  Hansgrohe
• radiators eg. Korado Radik Plan or Koralux
• electrical firrings eg. ABB Time
• posibility of videophone with automatic opening
• fireplaces from natural or dark marble

Exclusive Client changes:

• changes to layouts not affecting structure, party walls or common areas
• changes to high and low voltage system
• changes to air-conditioning/ventilation system
• changes resulting from alterations to bathrooms
• changes resulting from alterations to kitchen design
• changes of material beyond that offered in the Standard range from the  selection provided by the chosen sub-contractors
• further assessment according to individual requirements
