About the project

The second phase of luxury mountain apartments project at Šumavský Dvůr (Šumava courtyard) is situated right in the heart of Šumava – close to Špičák mountain. This beautiful mountain location, situated close to the local ski resorts, offers the finest Summer and Winter experiences available.  The architectural design of the project is inspired by the traditional Šumava farmhouse, and  uses the highest quality materials and fittings in each apartment and throughout all common areas. It is possible to adapt each apartment to suit the tastes of the client, thereby allowing the client to have the final say in the finished appearance. The on-site recreational facilities are available for your comfort and relaxation including the private wellness centre with its own whirlpool and sauna. The first phase of the project was successfully completed already in 2009.
