The second phase of the Šumavský dvůr (Šumava courtyard) project is unique not only because of its exceptional location in the heart of the Šumava region and its architectural design, for which the experienced design team at Masák & Partners atelier were inspired by the details and appearance of the traditional Šumava farmhouse, but in particular because of the special care that was taken in selecting the highest quality materials and fittings for the project, including the recreational facilities (e.g. wellness centre), so that you can relax in the comfort and luxury provided by these new mountain apartments. The first phase of this project was successfully completed in 2009, and then sold to new apartment owners. The second phase retains the above-standard and popular features from the phase 1 (e.g. overall design and used materials, more fireplaces, balconies, etc.), and at the same time its range is smaller for preservation of exclusivity for our clients.
